The groom’s grandmother (82) doesn’t speak English and has trouble walking. I accompanied her all day, interpreted the ceremony and conversations with guests for her, and kept an eye on her medication and rest.

Result: the family enjoyed the day without worry and grandma felt part of the wedding.

In cooperation with Baby Office we set up a kids’ corner and a programme, and I coordinated the handovers and communication with the parents.

Result: the parents enjoyed the evening programme, the children had fun and were safe.

During a three-day stay around the anniversary I acted as a guide and an assistant to the seniors, handling reservations, transport and interpreting.

Result: guests without stress, everything organised and relaxed.
